Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) $15,000 Bonus
Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our client's high-performing therapy team in Sierra Vista, AZ. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance functional independence across a variety of clinical environments, including acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, inpatient, medical-surgical, and outpatient settings. You will play a key role in helping patients safely perform activities of daily living, improve mobility, and participate fully in meaningful routines. This position requires strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. A $15,000 bonus is included in the total compensation package.
