About Job We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytically sharp Business major to join us this summer. You'll support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis work - getting hands-on exposure to how a high-growth tech company manages its numbers. Expect real work: building models, analyzing trends, and contributing to decisions that matter. What You'll DoAssist with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysisSupport monthly and quarterly reporting processes - pulling data, validating figures, and preparing summaries for leadershipConduct business analysis to evaluate performance across products, customers, or geographiesBuild and maintain Excel models and dashboardsResearch industry benchmarks and conduct competitive financial analysisPrepare clear, concise presentations of financial insights for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Strategy What We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics (rising junior or senior preferred)Strong Excel skills - comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial formulasSolid foundation in financial statements and basic accounting principlesAnalytical mindset with sharp attention to detailClear communicator who can translate numbers into insightsSelf-starter who takes ownership and follows through Rate: $35 Per Hour Centific is an equal-opportunity employer.
