Data Product Manager6-12 month contractLocation: Bentonville, AR hybrid- no remote at this timeWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in analytics. This role requires someone who can bridge product strategy with data-driven insights, working closely with stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.The ideal candidate has previously worked in retail, and started their career as an analyst before moving into product management.Key Responsibilities• Define and execute product strategy while leveraging strong analytical skills to guide decisions.• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business, and design) to develop scalable product solutions.• Translate complex data into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.• Drive feature prioritization, intake clarity, and execution in a fast-paced environment.• Work with global teams (including India-based engineering teams) and adjust to flexible meeting hours when needed.• Deliver measurable impact on key areas such as inventory, supply chain, personalization, and item lifecycle.Required Skills & Experience• Prior analyst background with demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and translate insights into product outcomes.SQL, Python, and data mining experience• 5+ years of Product Management experience (preferably with eCommerce, retail, or supply chain products).• Strong technical and data skills: SQL, Tableau, Excel, and data modeling.• Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex topics to business and technical audiences.
