Adecco - Manufacturing Summer Program Position: Manufacturing Summer Program Shifts: Weekend and 2nd/3rd shift available Duration: Summer Program (dates negotiable) About the role: Join our manufacturing team for a hands-on summer program in packaging and material handling. You'll gain real-world experience supporting production operations, working with experienced operators and supervisors, and learning safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities: Packaging, packing, and palletizing product Material handling, staging, and inventory support Assist with loading/unloading and moving materials safely Perform basic quality checks and report issues to leads Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace Track production data and assist with documentation Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in secondary education Age 18+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shift (weekend or 2nd/3rd) Ability to stand for extended periods What you'll gain: Hands-on packaging and material handling experience and mentorship Exposure to production processes, safety, and quality practices Pay Details: $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
