Strong work-life balance Flexible scheduling options Robust clinical and administrative support Leadership growth opportunities Meaningful impact on patient care quality Compensation & Benefits 401(k) with employer support Comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance Generous paid time off + 8 additional paid holidays CME allowance & licensure reimbursement Flexible scheduling Leadership development support Opportunity for significant clinical and operational impact Key Responsibilities Administrative Leadership Serve as Medical Director for designated skilled nursing facilities Partner with the Regional Medical Director to implement clinical programs and quality initiatives Provide mentorship and leadership to medical staff Collaborate with facility leadership to enhance quality, compliance, and operational efficiency Participate in quality improvement efforts, regulatory readiness, and interdisciplinary meetings Clinical Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations in post-acute and long-term care settings Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies appropriately Ensure accurate and timely documentation (histories, progress notes, care plans) Educate patients, families, and facility teams Complete regulatory documentation and clinical sign-offs promptly Qualifications U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in: Washington (WA) Alaska (AK) High Priority Oregon (OR) Montana (MT) High Priority DEA license and NPI (or eligibility) Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Internal Medicine Family Medicine Geriatric Medicine General Practice Other relevant specialties considered Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation Education & Experience MD, DO, or MBBS required Why This Role Matters As Medical Director, you will directly influence clinical excellence, guide facility operations, and ensure patients receive dignified, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
