Supply Chain Associate
Duration: 6 months contract Job Description:The Supply Chain Associate supports the Warehouse Inventory Management Team through hands-on execution of key warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inventory cycle counting, material handling, and outbound shipping support to ensure the timely and accurate flow of materials required for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.The position requires strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements while working in a regulated warehouse and distribution environment..Must Have Skill Sets: Understanding of GMPs, SOP adherence. Warehousing exp. Material handling experience, Attention to detail, computer, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Nice to have: Forklift experienceDay to Day Responsibilities:Conducting inventory cycle countsSupport day-to-day clinical shipping and distribution operations at the Thousand Oaks sitePrepare clinical materials for outbound shipmentCoordinate routine logistics activities to support timely shipment executionComplete required shipping and distribution documentation in SAP or related systemsCollaborate with distribution and warehouse team members to align daily shipping priorities and resolve standard operational issuesPerform material handling activities, including lifting materials up to 35 lbsWork in temperature-controlled or cold storage environments as required to support shipping needsConsistently follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, and departmental policiesSafely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) as trainedAdhere to safe working practices, including use of appropriate PPEBasic Qualifications:High school/GED and 2 years work or military experience OR Associates and 6 months work or military experience Disclaimer:About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
