We are seeking engineers who view AI as a force multiplier, someone who uses modern AI development tools daily to write better code, solve problems faster, automate repetitive work, and continuously improve software quality.You'll work across the full technology stack, helping design and build scalable applications using C#, .NET, AWS, GitLab, and modern front-end technologies while collaborating closely with Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams.This position is 100% onsite in our Lisle, Illinois headquarters. We believe in-person collaboration accelerates innovation, strengthens teamwork, and enables faster product delivery.Technology StackBackend· C#, .NET 8+Frontend· Blazor, C#, CSS3, JavaScript· Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plusCloud· Amazon Web Services (AWS)Database· MySQL· Entity Framework CoreDevOps· GitLab· GitLab CI/CD· DockerArtificial Intelligence· ChatGPT· ClaudeMethodology· Agile· GitLab Epics, User Stories, Merge Requests, and CI/CD pipelinesWhat You'll Do· Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications using C#/.NET and contemporary front-end technologies.· Build scalable APIs, services, and user interfaces that deliver exceptional customer experiences.· Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software.· Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical direction and engineering standards.· Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT and Claude) throughout the software development lifecycle.· Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.· Contribute to GitLab-based Agile development, including Epics, User Stories, merge requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines that automate testing and deployment.· Troubleshoot production issues while continuously improving application performance, scalability, and reliability.· Continuously evaluate emerging technologies—particularly AI—to improve engineering productivity and deliver innovative customer solutions. Required Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.· 4–6 years of professional software development experience.· Strong proficiency developing applications with C# and .NET.· Experience building both front-end and back-end applications.· Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.· Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.· Experience with Git-based source control workflows.· Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.AI-First Engineering MindsetWe believe AI is fundamentally changing software engineering.
