Our approach integrates investments, tax planning, risk management, and estate planning into a cohesive strategy.We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Business Development who will take ownership of the firm’s growth strategy and lead efforts to attract and build relationships centers of influence.This role is responsible for creating and executing the firm’s growth engine.Role OverviewThis is a relationship-driven business development role, not a cold-calling sales job.You will focus on building trusted relationships with professionals and communities where affluent individuals gather and positioning Members’ Wealth as the preferred advisory firm for those seeking sophisticated planning.Your success will come from creating meaningful connections, hosting educational experiences, and developing referral partnerships.Key Responsibilities1. Drive New Client AcquisitionIdentify and pursue opportunities to connect with high-net-worth individuals and families.Develop and execute strategies to grow the firm’s client base.Build relationships that lead to long-term advisory engagements.2. Develop Centers of Influence (COIs)Cultivate relationships with attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, business brokers, and other trusted advisors.Build and maintain a strong COI referral network.Create strategic partnerships that consistently generate introductions.3. Expand the Firm’s Community PresenceRepresent the firm at industry and community events.Build relationships through networking groups, professional associations, and local organizations.Identify speaking opportunities and sponsorship opportunities where affluent individuals gather.4.
