During your shift, you'll find yourself in the office navigating phone and computer systems, resolving questions, and maintaining customer accounts. Education : High school diploma or equivalentSchedule : Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysLanguage : Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishExperience : 6+ months of customer service experience; 6+ months of working with software applications; 6+ months of high-volume phone experience in customer service or a call center; 6+ months of working in cable operations, mobile, or telecommunications call centerTechnical Skills : MS Office, computer skills, typingCommunication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, customer serviceHere, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
