Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Center Representative, you will Monitor and respond to internet leads and phone traffic while maintaining high levels of performance related to message response times and scheduling of service appointments. You are one the first points of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in following script, call tracking, data entry of customer information, needs assessment, objection handling and appointment conversions. #1 Cochran is the leading automotive retailer in the tri-state area.
