Shifts 2nd shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 3rd shift 9:30 PM – 6:15 AM Prior experience running CNC Machines Preferred Follow Part Process Packet How to set part up for each operation, tools needed for each program, load workholding/fixtures as needed Setup Part-Indicate parts in straight, Set X,Y,Z, Touch Off Tools Observe Machines Regularly throughout shift-2-3 machines per operator Use Measuring Equipment to Check Parts-Micrometers, Calipers, Probe, Gauge Blocks/Pins, etc. Keep Work Area Clean-Sweep, organize, return tooling/bolts to crib Use Computer for Notes and Time Tracking-Proshop Stations & Paper Time Tickets Produce Conforming Parts- When parts are non-conforming fill out Red Tag Follow all company safety protocol COM028 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
