Hi,Our client is looking for an Sr. AEM Developer in Minneapolis, MN / Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / Bay Area, CA locations below is the detailed requirement.Job Title: Sr. AEM DeveloperLocations: Minneapolis, MN / Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / Bay Area, CAJob Description:Bachelor’s degree in related field.Development & ImplementationDesign and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows using Sling, OSGi, and HTL (Sightly), CF ModelDevelopment experiences on CaaS/Headless frameworkBuild custom AEM applications and integrations following Adobe best practicesDevelop RESTful APIs and integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM, DAM, CDN, analytics)Implement AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Content FragmentsCreate reusable component libraries and design systems in AEMArchitecture & DesignCollaborate with architects to design scalable, maintainable AEM solutionsDefine content models, taxonomies, and metadata schemasOptimize AEM performance, caching strategies (Dispatcher), and CDN integrationImplement multi-site management (MSM) and multi-language support (i18n)Ensure AEM solutions follow WCAG 2.1 accessibility standardsCI/CD & DevOpsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub ActionsImplement code quality gates (SonarQube, Code Reviews)Manage AEM deployments across Dev, QA, Stage, and Production environmentsAutomate build processes using Maven, Git, and package managersCollaboration & LeadershipMentor junior developers and conduct code reviewsCollaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and content authorsProvide technical guidance during sprint planning and backlog refinementDocument technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, demos)Support & MaintenanceTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Monitor AEM performance and implement optimizationsConduct security audits and apply patches/updatesSupport content authors with training and troubleshooting
