Quality Control Manager – Heavy Civil / Sitework Location: Mississippi and/or Louisiana (Travel Required) Job Type: Full-Time Heavy civil subcontractor seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for large sitework projects. Requirements Minimum 5 years of QC experience on-site civil or heavy civil projects Strong background in: Earthwork, mass excavation, grading, and fine grading Erosion and sediment control Site utilities (storm, water, sanitary sewer) Asphalt paving and site-related concrete Working knowledge of sitework testing requirements (soil compaction, aggregates, asphalt) Experience implementing a formal three-phase QC program (experience with USACE-style QC is a plus) Prior QC experience working for a subcontractor preferred Ability to review drawings, specifications, submittals, and test results Additional Qualifications Willing to travel and work in or near Mississippi and/or Louisiana Strong field presence and documentation skills Authority-minded approach to enforcing quality requirements Compensation Competitive and based on experience Apply with a resume highlighting relevant QC and sitework experience.
