Pool Area Attendant - Evenings and Weekends
Location:Life as a Pool Area Attendant: Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all pools and hot tubs.Review the assigned area and complete general removal of any trash/towels.Maintain cleanliness and organization of seating areas/fire pits/playground/basketball/restrooms/grounds; remove trash, wipe down tables, chairs, loungers; sweep all floors.Remove all dust, debris, and foreign particles from upholstered furniture, including crevices and under cushions. Remove all dust, cobwebs and foreign particles from pergolas, ceiling fans, walls and other unnamed outdoor areasCommunicate with Guests in a pleasant, willing to serve mannerReview assignment sheet and update completed assignments. Check with the Supervisor for additional assignments throughout the shift.Tasks outside of your job description to ensure guest satisfaction, safety and cleanliness of the hotelWhat we're looking for:Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbalKnowledge of proper chemical handlingPrevious experience in cleaning public buildings - or a willingness to learnExperience in service industry is desiredPrevious guest relations training is desiredWhat to expect in your first few months:You will begin by getting familiar with the property.
