Robotic Weld Programmer Offline Programming & Troubleshooting

Technique is seeking a Robotic Welding Technician / Programmer for our defense weld assembly plant in lower Michigan. The role welds and programs MIG/TIG cells, supports defense contracts, and advances through Level 1 and Level 2 competencies with increasing responsibility. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of industrial welding, experience with Motoman/Panasonic/Fanuc controllers, and offline programming skills (RoboGuide, RobotStudio).
