We're a growing team that takes pride in precision work, reliable delivery, and long-term customer relationships.The RoleWe're looking for an organized, detail-driven Program Coordinator – Purchasing to manage purchasing execution and order coordination across multiple customer accounts. You'll be the point of contact keeping orders on track, suppliers accountable, and customers informed — juggling several accounts at once rather than a single dedicated relationship.This is a purchasing- and coordination-focused role, not a project management position — you won't own program budgets, schedules, or supplier contract negotiation. You will own the day-to-day execution that keeps multiple customer accounts running smoothly.What You'll Do● Process purchase orders from requisition through receipt for multiple customer accounts● Track open orders and proactively follow up with suppliers on status, delays, and delivery dates● Hold regular status meetings/check-ins with assigned customer accounts● Handle general purchasing needs across accounts and communicate status internally to leadership and staff● Provide front-line phone/administrative support as needed● Escalate quality issues to our dedicated Quality team and pricing/scope questions to the appropriate internal ownerWhat You'll Bring● Experience in purchasing, procurement, order coordination, or customer service (manufacturing environment a plus, not required)● Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple accounts and competing deadlines● Clear, professional communication style — comfortable with both customers and internal teams● Comfort with purchasing/ERP software (we'll train on our specific systems)● College degree is a plus, but not required● Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (22 CFR 120.15), due to access to export-controlled informationCompensation & Benefits● Pay range: $24.00–$33.00/hour, depending on experience (~$49,920–$68,640/year)● Compensation grows with demonstrated performance● Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; paid holidays
