What You'll Do: As a Medical Assistant II, you'll be a critical part of the care team-supporting medical providers, assisting with both clinical and administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your work helps drive quality care, patient safety, and healing for those in recovery. Key Responsibilities: This is a part-time position working Tuesday 8:30-5:00, Thursday 8:30-8:00 and Friday 8:30-2:00Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Prepare patients for exams by gathering medical history and vitalsPerform phlebotomy, urine drug screenings, and CLIA-waived testingAdminister injections per provider direction and trainingAssist with prescription management and medication countsSupport outreach efforts: appointment reminders, re-engagement, and patient follow-upManage lab and PPE supplies, maintain accurate documentation in the EMRCollaborate with front desk and lab teams to support daily workflowUphold safety standards, patient confidentiality, and infection control protocols What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalentCompletion of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, EMT, or LPN program1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant and in phlebotomyWillingness to train on injections if not already proficientExperience in behavioral health, billing, or healthcare settings is a plusBasic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 daysProficient in EMRs and Microsoft Office Why CleanSlate?Paid company holidaysA mission-driven culture that values teamwork, compassion, and making a real difference.
