If you are interested in an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading company, we want to talk with you!Hourly Pay Rate$62.85 per hourJob ResponsibilitiesBuild and implement software functionality from the product backlog, as prioritized by the Product Owner.Estimate and size user stories and development tasks.Develop, unit-test, and support software solutions of moderate complexity.Create automated test scripts and perform all required testing activities.Validate deliverables against user story acceptance criteria.Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation as required.Follow industry-standard Agile software development and documentation practices.Collaborate closely with product team members to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and other internal partners.May assign, coordinate, and review portions of work completed by support or junior team members.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of experience in software development, programming, or data analysis.1-3 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Journey-level experience supporting or developing within a single enterprise application (e.g., SAP, ERP, IFS, PTC).Understanding of application development environments, databases, data management, and infrastructure constraints.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.BenefitsAs an Application Developer with Bartech Staffing, you will be working through an established and respected staffing organization with over 40 years of serving as a trusted partner to our client companies.
