CDL A Driver

Wil-Sites Truck Lines seeks a career-minded Transportation Manager with a Class A CDL to oversee our New England Market.Employees in this position serve as the local field representation for our company. As such, the candidate for this position must have a strong work ethic, superb customer relations skills, an ability to make appropriate independent decisions, and a desire to build and lead a team of professional drivers.Benefits:Earn $1,300 - $1,600 per weekDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supervising our local team of employeesOverseeing and providing a safe, secure, and efficient delivery service for our customersEnsuring the proper upkeep of company vehicles and equipmentKeeping and submitting an accurate daily work log for the drivers assigned to themScheduling and ensuring routine vehicle maintenance services and coordinatingEmergency repairs when they ariseActing as an auxiliary driver in the event of a primary driver's absence (PTO, Family/medical leave, new hire training, etc.)Training employees and processing new hire enrollmentsRequirements:Valid CDL A LicenseBe at least 25 years of ageHave 3 years of class a commercial driving experienceHave reliable transportationBe able to pass a pre-employment drug screenHave a current medical cardHave an accurate and up-to-date accounting of your last 10 years of work experienceWil-Sites Truck Lines offers competitive wages based on experience and is an equal opportunity employer.
