Senior Project Manager – Energy Solutions (Mechanical / MEP Construction)Greater Pittsburgh Region | Hybrid (Remote + Regional Travel)We are partnering with a leading energy and infrastructure solutions provider to identify a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex mechanical and MEP construction projects across the Western Pennsylvania region.This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for full lifecycle project delivery, with a strong focus on construction execution, mechanical systems, and central plant infrastructure.OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will own the end-to-end execution of mechanical construction projects, leading delivery from design handoff through construction, commissioning, and closeout.This role serves as the central point of coordination across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, with full accountability for project performance, financial outcomes, and successful field execution.ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle project execution from design handoff through construction and closeoutManage large-scale mechanical, HVAC, and central plant construction projectsOversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams across multiple active job sitesDrive schedule adherence, cost control, and proactive risk managementOwn project financials including budgets, forecasting, change orders, and margin performanceServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship managementCoordinate with engineering teams to ensure constructability and successful project deliveryEnsure compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety standardsQualifications7+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical, HVAC, or MEP constructionBackground working with a general contractor, mechanical contractor, or design-build firmProven experience managing complex commercial or institutional projects (healthcare, higher ed, municipal, etc.)Strong experience with central plant systems, boilers, chillers, and large mechanical infrastructureDemonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall deliveryAbility to lead field execution while coordinating across multiple stakeholdersBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredPMP, CCM, DBIA, or similar certifications preferredLocation & TravelBased in the Greater Pittsburgh / Western PA regionHybrid structure with regular travel to project sites across Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areasNo relocation to a specific job site requiredIf you have led complex mechanical construction projects and are looking for a role with ownership, visibility, and consistent project flow, we should connect.Apply here on LinkedIn, or you can apply online using the link below— where you can also view all of our open positions:👉 Click here to apply onlineAll inquiries are handled with strict confidentiality.No information will be released without your approval.
