Digital Sales Manager
Lansweeper is hiring a Digital Sales Manager to lead and scale our global Digital Sales motion. This is a new headcount driven by growth.You will lead a team of five Digital Sales Representatives across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM, owning retention and organic revenue expansion for 10,000+ active customers across SMB, mid‑market, and Enterprise.This role sits at the intersection of Net Revenue Retention (NRR), SaaS expansion, and digital transformation. Your mission:Deliver predictable NRR and expansion revenue, andTransform today’s largely manual digital sales motion into an AI‑assisted, programmatic, scalable revenue engine.Business continuity and transformation go hand in hand.ChallengeThe main challenges you'll face are:Scaling a high-volume digital sales motion across 10,000+ accounts while maintaining strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR)Transitioning from manual retention efforts to AI-driven, automated digital sales workflowsBuilding reliable forecasting discipline and revenue predictability across a globally distributed teamKey ResponsibilitiesLead & develop a global Digital Sales team (5 FTEs) across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM — setting clear targets, accountability, and performance cadencesOwn Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion targets — driving growth through additional assets, usage expansion, plan upgrades, and price optimisationCoach consistently: pipeline reviews, call coaching, deal strategy, performance management, and career developmentDesign and execute the transition toward a programmatic, AI-assisted digital sales motion in partnership with RevOps, Product, and Customer SuccessOwn forecasting for the digital segment — delivering accurate, data-driven revenue forecasts and actionable performance insightsJob requirementsHard SkillsProven experience in Digital Sales, Inside Sales, or SaaS Account Management leadership within a B2B SaaS environmentStrong track record managing or stepping into leadership of a high-volume, tech-touch, digital-first sales motionExperience owning Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion revenue, and forecastingStrong process-mapping and operational optimisation capabilityExperience collaborating cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, and Customer SuccessExperience with AI-enabled sales workflows, automation initiatives, offshore teams, or digital transformation programs.Soft SkillsExceptional coaching and people development skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executionHigh ownership mindset with the ability to drive change across time zones and culturesAbout LansweeperLansweeper is the AI Cyber Asset Intelligence platform helping IT and Security teams gain full visibility, reduce cyber risk, and scale automation with confidence.In today’s complex IT, OT, cloud, and IoT environments, fragmented asset data slows decisions and increases risk.
