This is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days onsite at our Houston Spenwick facility.What You’ll DoBuild RPA workflows (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI‑driven solutions including intelligent agents, ML models, and custom automationsIntegrate solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platformsAnalyze business processes, assess automation feasibility, and document solution designsTest, debug, and optimize workflows and AI modelsResearch emerging AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI) and recommend adoption strategiesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsCreate technical documentation, user guides, and training materialsEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and development standardsWhat You Bring3+ years of RPA and/or AI/ML development experienceStrong UiPath Studio/Orchestrator skillsExperience deploying AI models or intelligent agentsStrong understanding of automation and AI best practicesExperience integrating with REST APIs and cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud)Strong SQL and database experienceDebugging, testing, and problem‑solving expertiseExperience with GitLab, CI/CD, and agile methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAbility to travel up to 10%Bonus SkillsPython or JavaExperience with LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI frameworksAzure Functions, Azure ML, Logic Apps, or Oracle CloudExposure to data engineering or data pipelinesWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment.
