How we came to be the great company, the caring family that we are today.Duties / Responsibilities of this position:Set molds in injection mold machines.Adjust processes and troubleshoot injection mold machines.Following the instructions in all the Set- up SOP's (standard operating procedures).Maintain machine and equipment in the best condition as possible by:Cleaning and AM-TPM for general upkeep.Interface and contact proper personnel to resolve machine and equipment issues quickly.Assist in inventory as needed to ensure all inventory (packaging, WIP, finished product, and purchased components) are completed in advance to avoid stock depletion.Perform safety check lists as required (hi-lo, hoist, crane).Participate in meetings, continuous improvement and team activities.Must be flexible to cover other shifts as needed.Cross train in all Molding Support classifications required in manufacturing.Perform other specific projects as assigned by Group Leader.Discontinue any operation or activity which is unsafe.
