Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience with both AWS and Azure, containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, automation tools, GitOps methodologies, and release engineering best practices.You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployment workflows — working closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software releases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and automation toolingManage and optimize infrastructure across AWS and Azure environmentsDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications using Docker and KubernetesImplement GitOps workflows utilizing ArgoCDAutomate provisioning and configuration management with Ansible and AWXAdminister and maintain Linux and Windows Server systems in hybrid environmentsCollaborate on release engineering processes: versioning, packaging, testing, and automated deploymentMonitor system health, implement security policies, and ensure high availability for critical servicesDevelop automation, tooling, and scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShellTroubleshoot production issues across multiple systems and platformsRequirementsRequiredProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with at least three (3) years of experienceExpertise with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and servicesStrong background in Docker and KubernetesProficiency with Linux administration and shell scriptingExperience with GitOps principles and ArgoCDConfiguration management experience using Ansible and orchestration with AWXStrong understanding of CI/CD using GitLabKnowledge of release engineering concepts: build processes, artifact repositories, deployment workflowsStrong troubleshooting skills across software, infrastructure, and network layersStrong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar)PreferredExperience managing Windows Server environmentsFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.)AWS or Azure DevOps-related certificationsSoft SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in agile, fast-paced environmentsDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality deliveryEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experienceBenefitsAbout CallMinerDoes the possibility of using artificial intelligence to improve human connection excite you?
