Responsibilities include: Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, set objectives, and coordinate the audit process to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency. Financial Statement Review: Scrutinize financial documents and reports to ensure accuracy, identify errors, and maintain transparency for stakeholders. Risk Assessment and Management: Identify and assess risks within business processes, operations, and financial systems, then develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise junior auditors, review their work, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions to support their professional development. Reporting and Communication: Communicate audit findings, potential risks, and recommended corrective actions to management and other key stakeholders. Internal Control Enhancement: Design and implement internal controls and policies to safeguard assets and improve the overall integrity of financial reporting and business operations.Interested in hearing more?
