Remember, we can be reached 24-hours a day.Position SummaryWe're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Purchasing Coordinator to manage inventory, order parts, and keep our operations running smoothly. This role combines hands-on warehouse organization with purchasing responsibilitiesperfect for someone who enjoys both logistics and problem-solving.You'll play a critical role in ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right timewithout overspending or overstocking.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder parts daily using replenishment reportsSource from approved vendors and compare pricing/optionsCreate purchase orders and track deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory levels and reduce excess stockEnsure high accuracy in ordering (no duplicate or incorrect parts)Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficientCommunicate with technicians, service coordinators, and vendorsReview costs and flag pricing or margin issuesQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizationBasic math and problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsAbility to work independently and stay organizedPreferred QualificationsExperience in purchasing, inventory, or warehouse rolesIndustry experience (HVAC, commercial equipment, etc.)ERP or inventory system experience (e.g., GlobalEdge)Forklift experienceCompensation TransparencyThe advertised pay range for this position is $22-$26 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications.
