JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: A technical contributor to development and validation studies related to formulation, filling and inspection. Authoring, reviewing, and approving Pharmaceutical Technology procedures. Leads preproblem-solving analysis of situations of defined scope or data requires in an depth evaluation of identifiable factors. Write protocols, reports, procedures, and memos as needed to support formulation, filling, and inspection activities as they relate to development and validation. Lead / support troubleshooting activities. Influences internally and across VIA functions; forward-thinking with an attitude of collaboration, optimization, efficiency, continuous improvement. Proactively anticipates and effectively communicates successes, constraints, conflicts, solutions, and actions for resolution. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Master's in basic sciences, math, any engineering domain ,or pharmacy with 1+ years' experience or Ph.D. experience in biological processes or analytics in a cGMP environment. Candidate should possess education and professional experience, commensurate with the position.
