Technical Program Manager, SecurityDuration: 6-month contractLocation: remote - USARole OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our Security M&A Integrations. In this role, you will lead technical security integration initiatives following corporate acquisitions, driving cross-functional alignment across security, engineering, and infrastructure teams.You will act as the technical bridge between newly acquired organizations and our core security ecosystem to scale security postures to robust enterprise standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management & Security LeadershipOwn integration timelines, milestones, and deliverables across domains including IAM, CSOC, Product/Infrastructure Security, FedRAMP, Vulnerability Management, and Compliance/GRC.Assess newly acquired companies' applications, infrastructure, and code for vulnerabilities. Track uplift activities like log onboarding, EDR deployment, and secrets remediation.Evaluate tools used by acquired companies and consolidate them into our core security ecosystem where appropriate.Drive weekly standups, maintain risk registers, map cross-functional dependencies (IT, Engineering, Legal, CorpDev, Procurement), and establish exception processes when needed.Stakeholder Management & Process DocumentationServe as the primary security liaison to the acquired company's security and engineering leadership.Translate technical security requirements into business impact and present program status to the Security Leadership Team and M&A steering committees.Develop security integration playbooks, templates, runbooks, and handoff materials for operational teams post-integration.Ideal Candidate ProfileSenior TPM with a strong overall security background and deep technical depth.Prior security integration experience is highly preferred (valued over general corporate M&A experience).Comfortable coordinating complex, cross-functional technical initiatives with strong execution and organization.Prior experience in technology, cloud platform (SaaS), or financial services environments is a plus.Relevant Technologies & EcosystemIdentity & Access Management: Okta, SailPointCode Security & Vulnerability Tools: TruffleHog, SocketAdditional Tooling: Various enterprise-grade security platforms used throughout the global infrastructure.
