Job DetailsDescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and prepare bakery product samples for customer presentations, sales teams, and product testingWork closely with Production, sales, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure samples reflect current formulations and quality standardsPackage, label, and document samples accurately, including ingredient lists and allergen informationMaintain an organized inventory of sample materials, packaging supplies, and finished goodsManage trade show sample materials, including inventory, packing, shipping, and post-event returnsCoordinate, Schedule and track sample shipments to ensure timely deliveryMaintain records of sample requests, shipments, and feedbackMonitor sample shelf life and storage conditionsSupport continuous improvement of sample handling and logistics processesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1 year of experience in food manufacturing, bakery operations, or a coordination/logistics roleStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail, especially in labeling and documentationAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentBasic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, email communication)Strong communication and teamwork skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25–50 lbs.Comfortable working in a bakery/production environment (temperature variations, flour exposure, etc.)Work EnvironmentCombination of office, kitchen, and production floor settingsMay require early mornings, weekends, or overtime during peak production or product launchesKey SkillsOrganization and multitaskingCommunication and coordinationFood handling and safety awarenessProblem-solvingAttention to detail
