ABOUT THE ROLECJ 4DPLEX America is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Development to support the continued expansion of SCREENX and 4DX, two of the most immersive and fastest‑growing premium film formats in the global exhibition industry.Based in Burbank, this role plays a key part in driving business growth across North and Latin America by supporting new exhibitor relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and managing cross‑functional initiatives with internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional ready to take on greater ownership, project leadership, and client engagement within a fast‑growing entertainment technology company.Roles and Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales SupportResearch and analyze new and existing exhibitor accounts to support sales and expansion initiativesIdentify, evaluate, and assess new sites suitable for 4DX and SCREENX installations, including market conditions, box office performance, demographics, and consumer spending trendsMonitor industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities across North and Latin AmericaSupport outreach efforts with existing and prospective exhibitors to build relationships, advance discussions, and help move deals forwardDevelop compelling business presentations and pitch materials for internal and external meetingsProject Management & Cross‑Functional LeadershipAs project ownership increases, serve as a key liaison between Business Development and Technical teamsManage projects end to end—from planning through execution—ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely deliveryCoordinate meetings and communications among exhibitors, partners, internal teams, and senior leadershipProcess Improvement & ReportingAudit and enhance existing trackers, templates, and tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and increase automationBuild dashboards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve visibility, reduce handoffs, and minimize errors across teamsCreate weekly and quarterly sales forecast reports to provide pipeline visibility and reduce reporting inaccuraciesPrepare recurring reports, including monthly targets and new business opening updates, for senior managementOperational & Administrative SupportAssist with planning and coordination of industry trade shows and eventsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field5+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, consulting, or the entertainment/exhibition industryStrong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail with a process‑driven, analytical mindsetAbility to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partnersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Tableau, Teams); experience with dashboards or CRM systems preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience with ROI analysis, forecasting, or pipeline managementFamiliarity with cinema exhibition, premium film formats, or location‑based entertainmentWorking knowledge of CRM, project management, or analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Asana)Intermediate to fluent Korean or Spanish language is a plusWork Location: In personABOUT CJ 4DPLEXCJ 4DPLEX is a leading, next-generation cinema technology company, headquartered in Seoul with international offices in Los Angeles, London, Beijing and Japan. We adhere to all applicable local laws regarding salary transparency and disclose ranges where legally required. The final offer will depend on a variety of factors including market conditions, candidate experience, internal equity, and other relevant considerations.
