As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment.Key Responsibilities:- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications- Use hand-held scanners to scan and track inventory- Ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipment- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management- Meet productivity and quality standards set by the companyQualifications:- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time- Attention to detail and accuracy- Basic math and computer skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Team player with a positive attitude- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
