Supervisor Of Benefits & Work Life Balance Program The position is located in Human Resources, Employee Management Relations Division, serves as Supervisor of Benefits & Work Life Balance Program and is delegated responsibility for all aspects of the NNSA employee benefits programs and functions, which includes: Workers Compensation, Retirement, Reasonable Accommodation Program; Thrift Savings Plan; Life and Health Insurance; Federal Long Term Health Program, Employee Assistance Program; and Occupational Health and Wellness Activities.
