Application closing date: 6/19/2026Hiring pay range: $23.03 - $27.64Full pay range: $23.03 - $32.24SupervisionNon-Supervisory.General Purpose Of JobProvide direct support to the Colorado Child Assistance (CCCAP) applicants and providers. Subject matter expert in Childcare assistance program rules, childcare assistance eligibility and in-depth familiarity utilizing the Childcare Automated Tracking System (CHATS). Assist in Low Income Assistance Program (LEAP) outreach.Essential Job Functions(These duties are illustrative of typical essential responsibilities of the job, and may vary according to assignment)Support For CCCAP ApplicantsInterviews, reviews applications and verifies all information that is required by state and Federal regulations.Inputs new cases into the state CHATS system and all information changes to current cases, such as new addresses, phone numbers, births of children, loss of family member, and household members.Assist in managing the Child Care Assistance program including determining client eligibility using the state CHATS system.Processes all monthly, weekly, or daily reports that are received from the state.Assure compliance with State and local confidentiality guidelines including HIPPA, records destruction, and records storage.Attend state/local trainings on the CCCAP program and understand the Universal Preschool (UPK) rule impact on the CCCAP program and to be able to support the CCCAP program and the CCCAP applicants around UPK, as applicable.Monitor for compliance with program rules and regulations based on established State regulatory standard.Educate customers on the Child Support Program.Support for ProvidersProvide outreach to newly licensed providers to educate on CCCAP program, including people providing qualified exempt care.Release provider payment summaries to providers on a weekly basis.Provide support to CCCAP providers using the Automated Tracking System (ATS).Monitor for compliance with programs rules and regulations.Ensure providers are paid at the accurate rates for provided care.Solve billing issues.Monitor and support providers regarding UPK, as applicable.Support For LEAP ProgramConduct Low Income Assistance Program (LEAP) outreach.Prepare applications to be distributed throughout community partner locations.Other duties as assigned.
