Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Physical Therapist located in Toms River, NJ. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their functional goals. Responsibilities also include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting treatment progress according to best practices and compliance standards. The role involves performing therapy sessions in patients’ homes or within their community. Qualifications Proficient in Physical Therapy principles, techniques, and applications, specifically within home care and rehabilitation settingsStrong background in Patient Care, including assessing needs and providing compassionate, individualized treatmentUnderstanding of medical principles related to therapy and rehabilitationExcellent communication skills and the ability to educate patients and caregivers effectivelyAbility to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and travel to patient locationsCurrent and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New JerseyCPR/BLS certification is requiredPrior experience in home health or outpatient therapy settings is an advantage
