You will be responsible for maintaining relationship with inside/outside vendors, services to maintain best condition of company owned equipment, and a variety of supplies and facilities.Responsibilities, but not limited to:Provide daily help desk oversight to ensure help desk tickets are promptly assigned, work scheduled, and completedMonitor ticket progress to ensure tasks are completed within expected time-framesPurchase parts and equipmentCorrespond and communicate with vendors for facility management needsProcess invoices and payments to vendorsProcess draft reports for different projectsVisit regional stores periodically to check and follow up with store requestsSupport in-house techniciansFollow protocol for effective maintenance of facilities, equipment and suppliesSchedule and document maintenance and repairs on equipmentCoordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairsQualifications/Skills:Must be eligible to work in the U.S.Bilingual in Korean and English language preferredGood communication skills to negotiate with vendors and speak with store managersMust be able to safely operate company motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's licenseProficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.)Basic knowledge in SAP is preferred, not requiredAble to travel domesticallyExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a teamEducation and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field preferredEntry ~ 3 years of work experience in an administrative, or accountingWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printer/photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.This role routinely visits onsite locations for inspections, to coordinate with outside contractors, and etc.Work Hours & Benefits:MON-FRI, 9:00am to 6:00pmCompany provided lunchHealth insurance coverageDental and vision coverage401K per company policyPSL / PTOPaid holidays per company policyCelebration & condolence benefits per company policyEligibility to use company owned resort per company policy5% employee points program with H Mart Smart CardLocation:300 Chubb Ave., Lyndhurst, NJ 07071H Mart is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
