You will answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, be an expert on our products and services, and promote marketing programs to help them be successful and grow their businesses along with us. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, problem solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.Pay: $98,658 (includes base and commission)Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.Work closely with Senox branch operations and other sales team members to ensure customer’s needs are met quickly and efficiently.Meet regularly with customers to discuss challenges and opportunities.Become an expert on Senox products and services.Learn and grow your knowledge of the seamless rain gutter industry in order to provide better support to our customer base.Use CRM software to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions and update account information.Use Business intelligence tools to analyze customer data and identify trends, provide insights and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention strategies.Skills and RequirementsMust be self-motivated and a self-starter.Outside sales experience is necessary.
