The team at GQR is expanding our Permanent Division within our Healthcare business and is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial staffing professional to step into a true 360 Recruiter role within our direct-hire healthcare vertical. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from building new client relationships and driving revenue to sourcing, closing, and placing top healthcare talent.The Opportunity:Own a full 360 desk by driving both business development and recruitment delivery within the permanent healthcare marketProspect, develop, and win new client partnerships across hospital systems, healthcare organizations, and healthcare networksManage the full sales cycle including outreach, business development, client presentations, negotiation, close, and account expansionBuild trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers, acting as a consultative hiring partnerIdentify market opportunities, generate leads, and strategically grow revenue across new and existing accountsSource, screen, and engage RN and Allied healthcare professionals for permanent/direct-hire opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to active searches and long-term market demandWhat You Bring:3+ years of agency staffing, healthcare recruiting, or 360 recruiting experienceProven success in both business development/client generation and candidate placementAbility to manage both sides of the desk with confidence—building business while delivering top talentStrong sourcing, sales, negotiation, and closing skillsTrack record of exceeding KPIs, hitting revenue targets, and consistently performing at a high levelStrong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidatesHighly self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating in an autonomous, fast-paced, performance-driven environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with accountability, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approachIf you’re someone who thrives in a true 360 environment—building client relationships, generating revenue, sourcing talent, and owning the full placement lifecycle from start to finish—we’d love to connect.
