Blended rate for the candidates who is traveling 50+ miles from the facility location.Regular Rate: $15/hr. on W2.Weekly Stipend: $792.00Weekly Gross$1,332.00Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.Job Requirement:WI CNA License active and in good standingBLS Certification requiredMinimum Experience: 2+ years CNA experienceRecent Experience: At least 1 year of recent inpatient hospital experience requiredCharting System: EPIC experience requiredPreferred Skillset: Inpatient Acute Care experienceRoles & Responsibilities:Work on a 40-bed Medical/Surgical/Pediatric unit (average daily census: 28)Perform CNA duties including patient hygiene, vital signs, mobility assistance, feeding, and general patient careCollaborate closely with nursing and ancillary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomesBe resilient, independent, and proactive in managing time and responsibilitiesRemain flexible and positive in a constantly evolving hospital environmentCommunicate effectively and contribute to a supportive, team-based work culture
