We make subrogation not only efficient but also seamless and client-focused.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Trial Attorney role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with flexibility for remote work. The Trial Attorney will manage all phases of litigation and subrogation cases, including conducting legal research, preparing and filing motions, attending depositions, representing clients in court, and leading trials. Responsibilities also include providing expert legal counsel, strategy development, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.QualificationsStrong expertise in Law and familiarity with the legal framework surrounding litigation and subrogationExperience in preparing, filing, and arguing MotionsKnowledge of court proceedings and experience with TrialsProficiency in conducting Depositions and gathering relevant case informationLicensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with the State BarStrong analytical, organizational, and legal writing skillsExperience in subrogation or insurance law is a significant advantage
