Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.Identify potential clients and business opportunities.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.Follow up with prospects and maintain sales pipelines.Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in lead generation and inside sales.Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B sales or IT staffing is a plus.
