This hands-on role combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform precision assembly work using hand, pneumatic, and electric toolsRead and interpret intermediate-level blueprints and technical specificationsConduct quality measurements using calipers, drop indicators, and other precision instrumentsExecute pressure testing and various marking techniques (ink, epoxy, electro-etch, vibro-peen)Mix and apply specialized compounds per job specificationsOperate hydraulic and hand presses for component installationMaintain detailed production documentationMust-HavesWhat We're Looking For2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing/technical environmentHigh school diploma or GEDStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsU.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control requirementsIdeal Candidate QualitiesSelf-motivated with excellent work ethicTeam player who communicates effectivelyProblem-solver who takes pride in quality workOrganized and efficient in managing workspaceReady to Apply?Join a team that values precision, quality, and technical excellence.
