This role involves working closely with production teams to follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprints, ensuring precision and consistency in every unit produced. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall manufacturing process by identifying and resolving assembly issues, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to safety protocols. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential, as the final assembled products directly impact customer satisfaction and company reputation.
