This role focuses on the direct design, implementation, and support of enterprise data systems, business applications, and analytics solutions.This position is an individual contributor role and does not include people management responsibilities. Our commitment to low minimum runs, nationwide distribution, and exceptional customer service sets us apart.We are seeking a Senior IT Systems & Data Analyst to help strengthen our internal technology ecosystem and support data-driven operations across the organization.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain enterprise data architecture and governance frameworksEnsure data accuracy, consistency, security, and accessibility across departmentsManage SQL Server environments including backups, access control, and monitoringDevelop and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and PythonIntegrate ERP, CRM, and operational systems into a centralized relational data warehouseBuild and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, reports, and paginated reporting solutionsIdentify opportunities for automation and process optimizationDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support internal business applicationsBuild internal tools using Power Apps, Python, and AngularDevelop RESTful APIs for system integrationsImplement authentication and security standards including OAuth2, JWT, and Azure Key VaultDevelop automation workflows for reporting, alerts, and data synchronizationOptimize performance across applications, databases, and data pipelinesCollaborate with the organization's third-party IT infrastructure provider on system operationsCoordinate system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processesMaintain technical documentation, system inventories, and operational proceduresMinimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fieldExperience: 5–10 years of professional experience across data engineering, analytics, application development, and enterprise systemsCore Technologies: SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, Power Apps, Python, AngularRequired Technical Skills:Data Engineering & AnalyticsAdvanced T-SQL, data modeling, and data warehouse designETL development using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and PythonPower BI development including DAX, Power Query, and performance optimizationPower Platform including Dataverse and Power AutomateProgramming & CloudAngular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3Python (Flask/FastAPI), REST APIs, JSONAzure services including Azure SQL, App Service, Functions, Blob Storage, and Key VaultSecurity concepts including OAuth2, JWT, and RBACPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting SMB manufacturing or distribution environmentsMicrosoft certifications such as PL-300, PL-400, DP-203, or AZ-204CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsExperience integrating platforms such as NetSuite, HubSpot, QuickBooks, or SalesforceExperience embedding Power BI dashboards into internal or client-facing applicationsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary plus bonusMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-Term DisabilityUp to 4% 401(k) match after one year of servicePaid Annual LeavePhysical DemandsGeneral office environmentExtended periods of computer and desk workAbility to lift up to 50 lbs for office suppliesJ-18808-Ljbffr
