Your role involves delivering personalized residential care for 2 to 5 residents in the same home and ensuring their well-being through the day.Duties:- Administer medication- Monitor and report any changes with the resident- Cook meals- Provide personal care- Collaborate healthcare professionals- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Light HousekeepingQualifications:- Experience in long-term care, or assistant living facility- Proficiency in patient care, medical terminology, and medication administration- Be caring and compassionate- Have experience with lift devices- Have experience with bed bound individual and be comfortable providing a shower- Pay attention to detail- Willing to provide peri-care- Neat and clean individual- Can cook a basic meal- Be reliable and responsibleCurrent Positions:(Monday - Friday 8am to 2pm day shift)(Saturday & Sunday 8am to 8pm day shift)(Monday - Thursday 8pm to 8am night shift)(Fri, Sat, Sun 8pm to 8am night shift)
