Job DescriptionNineStar Connect is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Engineering Projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, from planning to execution, and a deep understanding of the electric, water, wastewater, and telecommunications industries.ResponsibilitiesProject Management Leadership: Oversee and manage project management employees, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, objectives, and methodologies for both small-scale and large-scale infrastructure projects.Project Delivery: Ensure successful completion of all project phases, from inception to delivery, for electric, water, wastewater, and telecommunications projects.Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local construction standards for all NineStar utilities.Department Management: Manage department strategy, planning, and project forecasting.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the president, vice presidents, and department heads.
