As an Embedded Software Engineering Associate Manager in Orlando, you will lead end-to-end delivery of embedded C++/Linux applications within an Agile team. You will shape simulation capabilities and maintain libraries that model tactical environments, while coaching a multidisciplinary team to meet standards and program goals. This role blends hands-on development with strategic leadership in a high-stakes, mission-critical setting. You will contribute to safeguarding the warfighter and advancing aerospace capabilities by driving robust simulation solutions.

ResponsibilitiesLead the Simulation Framework effort and end-to-end software delivery for embedded C++/Linux applications in an Agile environmentMaintain and evolve simulation libraries modeling tactical components and environmentsDefine, design, code, test, integrate, and verify embedded simulation software using JIRA, Git, and ConfluenceManage and develop a multidisciplinary team, including technical coaching, career development, and performance feedbackPlan, coordinate software development activities while ensuring adherence to standards, processes, and toolsLead recruitment, training, salary planning, and competency development; act as technical conscience for the program
