Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

Job Description F45 Training is the fastest growing fitness network in the world exploding to over 1,400 studios in 40 countries in less than 6 years. Combining functional movement with high intensity interval training, our 45-minute workouts are delivered by a talented team of certified personal trainers using cutting edge technology to deliver results for our members. There are no workouts to plan - the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department does it for you. As an F45 Trainer you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.F45 Trainer Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Lead F45 high intensity interval group training classesWelcome members by nameDeliver instructions in F45 terminology and using the F45 methodPerform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as neededProvide the ultimate F45 Training experience during classPromote and maintain an energetic environmentEnsure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouragedAttend to any injuries suffered by staff or clientsInspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals (e.g. 8-week Challenges, meal plans, Fit3D Body Scans, etc.)Assist with new member on-boarding and fitness consultationsMembership acquisition and retention including conducting referral/lead generation activities (e.g. bootcamps, community/member social events with your F45 team, etc.)Assist in the sales process when needed, delivering F45 studio tours and educating new prospects on HIIT training benefits and current membership optionsCollaborate with the owners, Head Coach, and Studio/Sales Manager on daily, weekly, and monthly goalsEnsure the studio is impeccable at all timesAssist in cleaning and setting up the studioKey Attributes: xaygatp Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with clientsSolid knowledge of bio mechanics and exercise physiologyClearly motivated and passionate about health and fitnessReliable and punctual with excellent attention to detailWillingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, and MUST be available to work on Saturday and SundayApplicants MUST have:6 months minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer/group fitness instructorPersonal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organizationCurrent CPR/AED/First Aid certification
