Senior Electrical Engineer, Automation & Controls

Arconic is currently in search of a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Rolled Products North America (RPNA) Manufacturing, Technology, and Engineering (MTE) Team, based out of Davenport, IA, Lancaster, PA or Alcoa, TN.Job Summary:How You Will Make an Impact:As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be instrumental to the success of our operations, serving as a trusted technical leader partnering closely with plant leadership and engineering teams to guide high-impact and complex engineering projects and initiatives across Arconic's rolling and finishing facilities (travel will vary but typically 30-50%). Your role will include providing technical leadership and hands-on expert level electrical engineering support delivering guidance, expert escalation support, and coordinated technical execution for capital projects, efficiency improvements, and rapid resolution of critical process and equipment issues with minimal production impact.You'll focus on a wide range of electrical engineering projects with strong emphasis on motors and drives. While prior experience with motors and drives is preferred, we are also open to highly capable Electrical Engineers with a solid background in industrial automation, process controls, PLCs, and related systems who are motivated to expand their skill set.
