Frederick Wildman & SonsPursuing the vision of our namesake founder, Frederick Wildman and Sons is dedicated tosourcing, distributing and marketing the world's finest wines and spirits to provide profitto our partner suppliers and distributors, a livelihood for our employees and pleasure towine and spirits lovers throughout the United States.Purpose:Reporting to the Marketing VP, the Brand Manager for New World Wine will lead keyactivities and support the development and execution of annual brand plans for assignedportfolio. As a hub for brand strategy, this position is both hands-on and strategic,requiring extensive communication and coordination to ensure all stakeholders arealigned to achieve strategic benchmarks.Responsibilities:• Support the Marketing team in development of long-term strategies and annualbrand plans for assigned portfolio.• Facilitate and manage day-to-day communication with brand ownership toeffectively develop strategies that incorporate the realities of the US market and thepriorities of suppliers.• Act as main brand liaison with national sales force, collaborating to ensure keystrategies and initiatives are implemented in the field and sharing feedback onstrategy and market conditions to marketing leadership and global brand teams.• Develop and execute communication and engagement activities for the brand(including, but not limited to, consumer events, video and static communicationscampaigns, public relations, digital campaigns, content strategy and assetdevelopment).• Lead engagement brand activities including, but not limited to, projectmanagement, on-time, in-full delivery on essential communication and contentassets, adaptation of communication, and execution of in-market events.• Lead creation of assets and content that will enable the brand to maximize targetedmarketing initiatives in collaboration with outside agencies, supplier partners andinternal cross functional teams.• Interpret customized research and trade resources to identify key insights that willdrive strategic planning• Research and identify new opportunities to expand brand market shareSkills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field• 2-5 years of wine and spirits marketing experience• Significant experience in communication, social and content development• Direct experience leading creative/technical agencies and media partnerships• Experience developing and launching new products• Strong time management and prioritization skills• Self-motivated and solutions-oriented• Passion to learn and use digital analytics tools• 1:.xpenence with mu1t1cu1tura1 campaigns 1s a plus• VIP/ iDIG and/or Nielsen skills a plus• Cultural awareness with the ability to adapt communication style as neededSalary Range:$95k - $105k
