Purpose In collaboration with supervising physicians, provides for the expansion of individualized healthcare services by diagnosing and treating thoracic conditions. Responsibilities include outpatient and peri-operative management of thoracic surgery patients. Responsibilities Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview, and examination. Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies. Performs health assessments and screening.
